ThermoElastic Announces Distribution Rights for DISIFIN R OIL CLEAN

    TORONTO--April 16, 2001--ThermoElastic Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:TMRO) has now acquired the exclusive marketing, distribution, and sales rights to DISIFIN R OIL CLEAN 2000 for the United States and Canada, in addition to the DISIFIN R products acquired earlier this year from the Three G Group.
    OIL CLEAN 2000 is a revolutionary new decontamination agent for cleaning floors and porous surfaces polluted with oil or oil based products. OIL CLEAN 2000 was tested last year on the European Formula One Auto Racing Circuit and is currently being successfully sold in Denmark, Holland, Germany and Romania. Unlike any other product currently on the market, its effectiveness is in removing oil-based products from various materials with different porosity including: concrete, brick, and asphalt. OIL CLEAN 2000 is an aqueous based solution that is solvent free, environmentally friendly and affordable.
    OIL CLEAN 2000 is applied directly to the oil contaminated surface. The specific weight of OIL CLEAN 2000 allows it to quickly soak 7 to 10 centimeters (2 1/2 to 4 inches) deep into the oil contaminated material. After a 5 to 10 minute soak, the treated surface is scrubbed with hard brush or machine and a small amount of water. OIL CLEAN 2000's emulsifying characteristics and capillary action carry the oil based contaminate back to the surface in the form of an emulsion. Then, the area need only be sprinkled with a common oil-binding agent which is gathered up and disposed of after a 5 to 10 minute absorption time -- the whole process takes only 15 to 30 minutes from start to finish, depending on the severity of the oil stain and the nature of the surface.
