Edelbrock Corp. Declares Semi-Annual Dividend

    TORRANCE, Calif.--April 12, 2001--Edelbrock Corporation declared a $0.02 per share semi-annual dividend on the company's Common Stock.
    The dividend is payable on June 15, 2001, to shareholders of record on June 7, 2001. On April 12, 2001, Edelbrock had 110 shareholders of record of its Common Stock and approximately 5.1 million shares outstanding.
    "Although the economy has slowed and weather has played a negative factor in our industry, we're once again pleased to have the opportunity to provide this additional return to our shareholders," said Vic Edelbrock, president and chief executive officer.
