April 12, 2001Irwindale, Calif. - - Fans will have even a better-than-ever reason to get out to Irwindale Speedway early this Saturday …The Miller Lite Garage will be on-site and in operation in the parking lot of the Speedway from 1pm on.
· Fans will be able to view Rusty Wallace's Bristol-winning Ford Taurus, the very car that carried him to his fiftieth NASCAR 'Cup victory. His trophy from that win will also be on view.
· Fan's Miller Lite "Hard Cards" (which were found in specially-marked Miller 12 and 18 can packs, as well as certain motorsports magazines) will allow them special VIP status at the evening's event.
· The Miller Racing Museum, full of NASCAR racing memorabilia, pictures, trophies, and stories will be another part of the presentation at Irwindale on Saturday.
· Arcade-style simulators will be running at top RPM throughout the event, offering fans the opportunity to race "wheel-on-wheel" with good buddies and total strangers. Full throttle, flat-out action is the only way to go in these fun machines!
· Adding to the fun will be the chance for fans to have their digital photo put right on a Miller Lite pint glass. The dishwasher-safe glass will make a great personalized memento of a fan's visit to Irwindale Speedway and to the Miller Lite Garage.
· Best of all there is no admission charge for the "Garage" (fans will have to pay for parking but not be required to buy race track admission tickets)
