Starcraft Corporation Amends Credit Agreement; Reopens Its Texas Tecstar Facility
GOSHEN, Ind.--April 9, 2001--Starcraft Corporation ("STCR") today announced that it has amended its credit facility with its primary lender.The amendment increases the maximum borrowing amount at its Tecstar subsidiary from $ 8,000,000 to $ 10,000,000. The amendment also revises certain financial ratios for the balance of the Company's fiscal year ending September 30, 2001 with which it is currently in compliance and expects to be in compliance.
The Company also announced that its Tecstar facility in Grand Prairie, Texas is back in production of both the GM Suburban and Tahoe after an extended shutdown due to the model year changeover. The Suburban and Tahoe up-fit appearance packages are part of a 5-year contract that runs through 2004 representing aggregate estimated sales of $ 150 million.
