Friday Practice Session Two Notes
- No. 14 Bernardo Martinez worked on shock and spring set-up between sessions.
- No. 18 Alexander Figge will go back to the set-up used during the test session in January after trying a different set-up in the morning session.
- No. 33 Tom Dyer worked on sway-bar and corner weights between sessions.
- No. 5 Arie Luyendyk Jr. is running a single element rear wing.
- No. 5 has his good-luck stuffed monkey named George guarding the car between sessions. George became his good-luck charm after Luyendyk Jr. scored victories in SCCA Club Racing Nationals at Phoenix and Savannah.
- No. 18 car retired early in the session after it pulled into the pits with a fire in the engine compartment, halting the session. The driver was unhurt.
- At the halfway mark the top-three were No. 12 Tommy Constantine, No. 5 and No. 96 Marc-Antoine Camirand.
- No. 7 Vannina Ickx retired late in the session with engine difficulty.
- No. 12 top-two finish during the afternoon session is the highest of his career in any session.
- Single car qualifying for both race one and race will be in reverse order of Friday’s practice session two results.
