    FREEPORT, Texas--April 3, 2001--Elite Logistics Inc. (OTCBB:ELOG), a leader in the rapidly growing telematics industry, today announced that its PageTrack(R) Intelligent Vehicle Systems are to be installed in fleet vehicles owned by a Chicago area Thrifty Car Rental franchise.
    This sale, made by DataTrack 2000, LLC, one of Elite's American distributors, is the first significant installation of PageTrack(R) in the car rental industry.
    Thrifty Car Rental of Chicago, with a fleet of approximately 1000 vehicles and locations covering O'Hare and Midway Airports as well as the downtown Chicago area, is one of the largest franchises in the Midwest. The Chicago franchise is part of the national Thrifty Car Rental chain, which has over 1200 locations in 67 countries around the world. The company will begin by installing the system in at least 25% of the vehicles in their fleet to ensure the prompt recovery of stolen, missing and overdue vehicles.
