Donnelly Corporation Names Kevin L. Brown New
Chief Financial Officer
HOLLAND, Mich., April 3 Donnelly Corporation
today announced that Kevin L. Brown has joined the company as senior vice
president and chief financial officer. Brown comes to Donnelly with more than
15 years experience in automotive finance.

In his new position, Brown has overall responsibility for all the
financial activities of the company. He will report to Dwane Baumgardner,
Donnelly's chairman and chief executive officer.

said Dwane Baumgardner, chairman and chief executive officer. "We believe his
depth of financial involvement at Ford, Donnelly's largest customer, combined
with his European experiences, makes him an excellent choice for the company."
Before joining Donnelly, Brown spent 15 years in various financial
positions at Ford Motor Company. Most recently, he served as controller for
the F-series and Expedition vehicle lines, with responsibility for current
operations and forward-model product development and investment. He also
spent several years in Europe where he was the controller of restructuring and
manufacturing, at Ford of Europe in Cologne, Germany, and finance director at
Autoeuropa, a Ford-Volkswagen joint venture in Lisbon, Portugal.
A native of Louisville, Kentucky, Brown earned a Bachelor of Arts degree
from Bellarmine University in Louisville, Kentucky, and a master's degree in
business administration from the University of Notre Dame.
