SHANE HALL-63-Lance Snacks Ford Taurus (Finished 38th) - ARE YOU OK? "Yeah, they took me to the care center just to check me out." WHAT HAPPENED? "We were a little bit snug there from the center off, we were just trying to bide our time to get to a caution flag to adjust on it. The 00 wanted to race a bit, so I let him go and was going to sneak in behind him, but the 99 car just came in there. They told me clear so I went to the bottom, and undoubtedly, she got in there on us."

DID YOU HAVE THE HANS DEVICE? "That and the six-point harness."

DID IT IMPEDE YOUR EXIT FROM THE CAR? "It was not problem, and that was my first accident with the six-point harness. When I hit the wall, the forward impact, you could really feel it grab you between your legs and not let you move a whole lot. I think the six-point and the HANS is a good deal."
