Motown and Raise Funds For PAL During Grand Prix
DETROIT, March 30 Eight time NFL Pro Bowl Deron Cherry

corporate executives to raise funds for the Detroit Police Athletic League
(PAL) in the Celebrity Charity Challenge Race during the Tenneco Automotive

"This is an outstanding opportunity to assist an organization that helps
young adults who may need an outstretched hand or an ear to listen to them,"
said Deron Cherry, who also is the founder of the Deron Cherry Foundation, a
charity organization for youth health screening in Kansas City, Missouri. "By
extending ourselves, we're building bridges that will help many young adults
jump over unforeseen hurdles and become successful educators, doctors and
lawyers."
In conjunction with the Detroit 300 (Tricentennial Celebration), each of
the 2000 ACR Dodge Neon Celebrity Team Challenge racecars will highlight a
significant event that played a major role in making Detroit the Motor City.
