Automax Calls Special Board of Directors Meeting To Discuss Shareholder Value

(Pink Sheets:AMXX) announced today that they have called for a special meeting of the board of directors to discuss several pending subjects that may have a significant impact on the advancement of its business plan and shareholder value. Automax has been in the due diligence phase of several projects and now needs to consider which avenues are best in which to proceed.CEO Ken Wulwick stated, "One of the most important things to management is to offer our shareholders an opportunity to grow in the future.
