MSX International and MTE Groups Enter Into Business Partnership

    AUBURN HILLS, Mich., March 29 MSX International, Inc.
announced today that it has entered into a business partnership with MTE
Groups, L.L.C. (MTE) and acquired a minority interest in the company.  The
business partnership provides expanded capabilities to support the tooling and
prototype needs of mutual customers.

    Based in Warren, Mich., MTE is a certified minority enterprise and
affiliate member of the Michigan Minority Business Development Council.  The
company offers in-house capabilities to manufacture tooling, design and build
prototypes, and also provides people placement and printing.  MTE has an
established history of providing services to automotive suppliers and original
equipment manufacturers.

    Jessie Beld Elliott, the founder of MTE, will remain president and retain
a substantial interest in the company.  George Herrera, retired director of
international sales for Masco Corporation and owner of GNH International
Consulting, is also a member of the business partnership.
