Wave Power Net Inc. Cancels Re-Organizational Agreement With Emission Control Corp. and Syd Cooke

    POMPANO BEACH, Fla.--March 29, 2001--Wave Power Net Inc. (OTCBB:WPDN) is pleased to announce the cancellation of a Re-Organizational Agreement of Jan. 12, 2001 with Emission Control Corp. and Syd Cooke as well as the letter of intent of Jan. 4, 2001.
    The cancellation of the Re-Organization has been agreed to by all three parties.
