Brilliance China Automotive Holdings Limited Signed a Technical Support Agreement With BMW AG

    NEW YORK--March 29, 2001--On March 27, 2001, Brilliance China Automotive Holdings Limited ("Brilliance") and BMW AG ("BMW") signed a Technical Support Agreement ("Agreement") in Shanghai, PRC.
    According to the Agreement, BMW will provide consulting services by sending experts to Brilliance's plant in Shenyang to help Brilliance establish production processes for the M1 (Zhong Hua) Car.
    Yang Rong, Chairman and President of Brilliance, said: "The achievement of stable production processes due to the respective support by BMW under the Agreement will be an invaluable help to the M1 (Zhong Hua) Car project."
