Assurant Group Signs Major Contract With driversshield.com; Marketer Will Offer Auto Membership Program Through Credit Union Channels

    PLAINVIEW, N.Y., March 28 driversshield.com Corp. said today that it has entered into a
multi-year contract with Assurant Group that is expected to increase revenue
from memberships in the driversshield.com Auto Discounts and Services Program
(ADS) by fivefold over the next 36 months.  Assurant will market the Company's
industry-leading program to credit union members nationwide through Internet
web sites, direct mail and telemarketing.  The marketing campaign will start
in the Spring.
    Headquartered in Atlanta and Miami, Assurant is a leading affinity
marketer of specialty insurance, extended service contracts and membership
programs through financial institutions, retailers, manufactured housing and
automobile dealers and utilities.  Assurant is part of the international
Fortis Group, which operates in the fields of insurance, banking and
investments.

    The driversshield.com Auto Discount and Services Program provides
consumers with deep discounts on a variety of automotive related products and
services, many of which are exclusive to this program.  Services are
obtainable through the Company's web site, http://www.driversshield.com, which
connects the driver to nearly 10,000 facilities across the nation.
Appointments for services are made directly off the web site by members of the
Program.  The Program is also used by companies to build customer loyalty.
