Valeo AGM Set For May 9, 2001

    PARIS--March 27, 2001--(Paris: FR; OTC: VLEEY) The Valeo Board of Directors met on March 27, 2001.
    During the meeting it was decided that the Group's Annual General Meeting will take place on Wednesday May 9th at 4:00 PM at the CNIT La Defense.
