Orion Technologies Provides System for Avis Car Rental

    WASHINGTON, March 27 Orion Technologies, Inc.
(OTC Bulletin Board: ORTG)  announced today that its subsidiary Transaction
Verification Systems (TVS) has been chosen as the video insertion system for
Cendant Corporation's Avis Car Rental Company.  TVS, through its
dealer network, is supplying the Video Text Insertion System for Avis Car
rental locations west of the Mississippi.

    The TVS system provides an overlay of the contract for car rental, car tag
number, driver's name, and license number, where and when the car was rented,
as well as where and when the car is to be returned.

    Robert Stocker, President of Orion's TVS subsidiary, stated that, "The TVS
Video Text Insertion System is initially being installed at Avis locations in
four western states.  The intent is to roll out the system in the western US.
TVS also will market the system to other rental car companies in the US and
abroad."

    This system has been used in various jurisdictions to give law enforcement
video proof of identification of the renter in the event the car is later
stolen or abandoned.  Prior to using the TVS system, law enforcement had to
rely on Avis personnel identifying a suspect if the car was not returned at
the appointed time.
