Automotive Industry Executive Appointed to the
Omnexus Board of Directors
ATLANTA, March 26 Omnexus(TM), the global plastics
e-marketplace (http://www.omnexus.com), announced the appointment of Neil De Koker to
the Omnexus Board of Directors. De Koker, who serves as the managing director
of the Original Equipment Suppliers Association (OESA), brings 39 years of
in-depth automotive industry expertise to Omnexus.

the plastic processing business. Neil's insight and extensive knowledge of
all aspects of the automotive business strengthens our effort to serve the

De Koker's career includes 23 years with General Motors Corporation where
he helped lead the development and organization of Saturn Corporation.
Additionally, he has served as senior vice president at Magna International,
The Woodbridge Group and MascoTech Inc. De Koker has also served as
president, a board member and chairman of the Automotive Parts' Manufacturers'
Association (APMA) in Canada. Currently De Koker serves as founding managing
director of OESA, an organization that represents suppliers of components,
modules, systems, materials, equipment and services used in and by the
original equipment automotive industry.

De Koker is a Fellow of ESD, The Engineering Society, and he serves on the
boards of the Automotive Hall of Fame, the Michigan Manufacturing Technology
Center, the Canada U.S. Business Association and the Japan America Society of
greater Detroit, where he also served as chairman in 1998 and 1999.
Additionally, he serves on the board of trustees of the Society of Automotive
Engineering (SAE) Foundation and is a member-at-large of the SAE 2001
Congress. De Koker holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from
General Motors Institute (now Kettering University) and a master's degree in
business administration from Michigan State University. He also attended the
Executive Development Program at Northwestern University.
