March 25, 2001JEFF GREEN-10-Nestle Nesquik Ford Taurus (Finished 36th, Retired Lap 76) - "I have no idea what happened. They all started wrecking in front of me and I slowed down, but I guess too much and they got into me from the back end. It's just Bristol. Unfortunately, it's two races that we have to come here and take a chance on losing points. I would have liked to win this race and I think I had a car to do it, we just qualified too bad and then when people wreck every five laps, it never gives you a chance to get your car working, and the other guys whose cars aren't working too good, we can pass them. Everyone wants to be on the bottom, which is the fastest way around here. But it's all about blocking. It's like a restrictor-plate race is, it's not very much fun."
THIS IS YOUR FIRST BAD BREAK OF THE YEAR. "I hope it's our last. This is just very disappointing but what do you do? These guys are out here trying to do their best, but then again, the short fields are putting people in here that don't need to be in here anyway. They're out there in the way and I don't know what caused it, but I'm blaming it on that. That's some of it; it happens every week. The short fields, people going home is better than people that shouldn't be racing."
