BLOOMFIELD HILLS, Mich., March 22 G-2 Communications, Inc.
(G-2) founder and CEO Carol Greenslade was named one of the Top 10 Women
Business Owners of Distinction in Michigan by the National Association of
Women Business Owners.
The award is given out annually to "women business owners who have been
profitably self-employed for a minimum of five years, have an ownership
interest and active involvement in their companies, have developed the ability
to overcome professional or economic challenges, demonstrate qualities that
make her an outstanding role model for other women and demonstrate leadership
qualities that have made an economic impact on the community or public
policy."

role model and successful businessperson," Greenslade said.
Greenslade founded G-2 in 1989 from modest beginnings, an idea over
dinner, to a strategically planned and managed national press fleet program
for Chrysler Corporation. Her experience in the automotive industry,
journalism and communications has made G-2 one of Detroit's leading public
relations firms, providing services to two of the world's leading automakers,
global automotive suppliers and hi-tech companies.
The award is the second she's received in the past year. During June of
last year, she was recognized by the Michigan Women's Commission for
accomplishments and achievements in contributing to business in the state as
an entrepreneur.
Educated in London, England, Greenslade graduated from South London School
of Business with degrees in human resources and business management.
