ArvinMeritor and GRA-MAG Form Alliance

    LOUISVILLE, Ky., March 21 ArvinMeritor and
GRA-MAG Truck Interior Systems, LLC, announced their strategic alliance for
ArvinMeritor to distribute GRA-MAG's industry leading line of air suspension
seats.

    The seats will be offered as replacement parts to Meritor(R) brand
warehouse distributor and original equipment manufacturer customers.  They are
designed to provide a comfortable, ergonomically supportive ride that aids in
the elimination of driver discomfort and fatigue.  Although designed for on-
road usage, their comfort and reliability levels match the ruggedness of seats
designed for off-road applications.  ArvinMeritor's Commercial Vehicle
Aftermarket will actively distribute and market the seats, which will be
available through traditional sales channels and ArvinMeritor's new e-commerce
Web site, XpresswayPlus.com .
