I/NET Launches Upgraded Corporate Website

                      Company's Chief Technology Officer
Also Launches Online Journal on Telematics

KALAMAZOO, Mich., March 20 I/NET, Inc.
(OTC Bulletin Board: INNI) today announced it has launched a redesigned
corporate website, http://www.inetmi.com , aimed at providing the latest information
on the Company's new strategic direction, including its current efforts in the
areas of conversational interfaces and intelligent controls.
The Kalamazoo, Mich.-based software and solutions provider said the
upgraded website will include white papers and fact sheets detailing these new
technologies. Additionally, the website will contain Company news and press
releases, detailed information about I/NET's software products and an expanded
section devoted to investor relations.
"The new look and functionality of our site will help us communicate
I/NET's recent developments and strategic vision," said Stephen J. Markee,
I/NET president and chief executive officer. "This site details our history
of developing innovative technology solutions for customers such as IBM and
NASA. It also serves as a showcase for our current endeavors, including
conversational interface and intelligent control technology."
In addition to the upgraded corporate website, Dr. Will Fitzgerald,
I/NET's chief technology officer, has launched a weblog titled "The Digital
Car Journal" about the use of computers in cars. This site, located at
http://www.thedigitalcar.com , is an online exploration of telematics and
conversational interface resources on the Web.
"The Digital Car Journal explores the different ways computers are being
used in vehicles, especially in relation to telematics and conversational
interfaces," said Fitzgerald. "It's a day-by-day look into the constantly
changing use of computer technology in cars and pulls together information on
the topic into a single source."
In February 2001, the Company established a Chicago, Ill. office to pursue
the development of conversational interfaces and intelligent controls. A
conversational interface, also termed a natural language interface, allows a
person to interact with a computer or control system using normal,
conversational language.
Most recently the Company announced the acquisition of a contract from
NASA to develop a form of intelligent control technology known as the "Complex
Event Recognition Architecture," or CERA, for use in advanced life-support
systems. CERA is a computer-based system that is able to analyze complex
situations in hostile or unusual environments. The system is capable of
monitoring a wide variety of variables in a given situation and either
correcting a problem on its own or prompting an operator to act.
