ALDOC EUROPE Signs Agreement to License Parts.com TradeMotion

Prepares for June 2001 Launch of Exclusive Marketplace

                   Partnership Includes 400+ Manufacturers,
                10,000 Wholesale Distributors, 7,000 Workshops

SANFORD, Fla., March 19 Parts.com, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: MIRM), a marketplace and software
solutions provider for the parts industry, announced the signing of an
agreement to license to ALDOC EUROPE, one of Europe's largest aftermarket
catalog and management system providers, TradeMotion Solutions for the
creation of a private marketplace named "ALDOC.NET." The agreement also
provides for an exclusive partnership agreement for ALDOC to resell
TradeMotion Solutions to its current clients, which include more than 400
manufacturers, 10,000 wholesale distributors and 7,000 work shops/garages.
Parts.com and ALDOC EUROPE maintain that they already have sales pending
to utilize the TradeMotion Solutions within the European community and those
announcements will be forthcoming.
The Agreement requires Parts.com's TradeMotion Solutions to build the
ALDOC.NET Marketplace targeted for a June 2001 launch. ALDOC will provide all
industry-specific site content to be used in the Marketplace, will procure,
maintain, promote and market the ALDOC.NET marketplace and will select and
create the relationships with the part manufacturers, the distribution chain,
wholesale distributors and workshops. The partnership agreement is an
exclusive one in which ALDOC EUROPE will market and resell the TradeMotion
Solutions to the automotive aftermarket industry with a few exceptions.
Parts.com exchange for the exclusive license, will receive an undisclosed
amount of capital; share a percent of all sales revenues and receive an
equity stake in ALDOC EUROPE. ALDOC EUROPE is a privately held company.
"Building a Marketplace for ALDOC.NET and partnering with ALDOC EUROPE
will allow for rapid deployment of the TradeMotion Solutions in the European
business community," stated Shawn Lucas, President and CEO of parts.com.
"ALDOC EUROPE is a leader in the aftermarket industry and they understand the
value that an effective and affordable e-commerce solution can bring to the
aftermarket industry. We have been tailoring our TradeMotion Solutions for
the European market in response to the incredible interest we have received
there. This partnership will link workshops, wholesale distributors and part
manufacturers to the ALDOC.NET Marketplace and begin standardizing TradeMotion
as the software platform of choice in the European community.
"ALDOC in partnership with ACCENTURE, completed an exhaustive search for a
software solution that would address the needs of our manufacturers, wholesale
distributors, car dealers and work shops," stated Philippe Vlerick, President
and CEO of ALDOC EUROPE. "Parts.com's TradeMotion Solutions addressed 80% of
the European market needs before any customization. TradeMotion is an
affordable solution, which is scalable and can be rapidly and remotely
deployed. Parts.com has demonstrated to us and our clients that they can
develop world class software, addressing the entire distribution chain while
maintaining affordability, by limiting the need for professional services that
can cripple any e-commerce initiative," concluded Mr. Vlerick.
