Inc. ("Mace") will conduct a conference call on Tuesday, March
20, 2001 at 11:00 AM EST to review the Company's fourth quarter and year ended
2000 operating results and other company news.  The conference call number is

    The call should last approximately 30 minutes beginning with a discussion
by management of Mace's operating results and other company news, and conclude
with a question and answer period.
    Results for the fourth quarter and year ended 2000 will be released after
the market closes on Monday, March 19, 2001.
