Precision Auto Care Names Rick Simmons General Counsel

    LEESBURG, Va., March 15 Precision Auto Care, Inc., North

Simmons has been named Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate
Secretary.

Inc.  Rick received his law degree from Syracuse University where he was
