AimRite Announces the Appointment of a Director of Business Development

SAN DIEGO--March 15, 2001--AimRite Holdings Corporation (OTC: AIMH) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Douglas Lien as Director of Business Development.
Mr. Lien, with over twenty-two years of experience in the hydraulics industry as both a consultant and company owner, brings proven management experience to AimRite as well as key industry contacts. These contacts, along with his enthusiasm for the COAST technology, have already resulted in serious interest in the COAST technology. Mr. Lien recognizes that AimRite is a technology based company and as such, would profit most through the formation of alliances, joint ventures or licensing with companies already successful in sales, marketing and manufacturing. Mr. Lien, along with AimRite management, is actively pursuing these possible relationships and everyone at AimRite is excited to have him on board and embrace his entrepreneurial style and determination in helping to lead AimRite to a successful alliance, not only domestically, but also in the world market through global partners.
COAST (Computer Optimized Adaptive Suspension Technology) is a revolutionary suspension control system that uses Variable Constant Force (TM) to achieve unparalleled ride luxury, stability, safety and performance for virtually all vehicle applications; including SUV, light truck, heavy-duty truck & bus, RV, military and agricultural. COAST accomplishes all this by eliminating conventional shocks and anti-sway bars, replacing them with simple, patented and powerful hydraulic suspension control units. The units incorporate extremely powerful and sophisticated patented software to make precision adjustments at each wheel 400 times per second. The result is an electronically controlled suspension system that can optimally control up to nine dynamic areas of suspension performance; including roll, pitch, body motions, wheel motions and bottoming/topping out. AimRite believes that COAST is the most powerful and flexible suspension control system ever developed.
