Hydro Environmental Resources to Install ECHFR Fuel Cell in a Vehicle

    LAS VEGAS, March 14 Hydro Environmental Resources, Inc. has purchased a vehicle that will be
powered by HERI's  'fuel cell.'  This car, which will be a prototype, will be
tested in HERI's laboratory and run under various loads.  It will be powered
purely by hydrogen generated within the vehicle.  This will result in a
vehicle that generates Zero Emissions.  HERI's system, featuring the
patent-pending ECHFR Technology, develops hydrogen progressively from water,
and requires no outside power source.

    HERI has recently been contacted by a division of a major automobile
manufacturer to discuss our technology first hand.  HERI intends to open a
line of communication with this manufacturer in the coming months, with a
possible demonstration of the ECHFR technology and, perhaps, the prototype
vehicle, at their request.
