Gary A. Busch, Executive Manager, Dealer Network Planning

    CERRITOS, Calif., March 14 American Isuzu Motors Inc.
(AIMI) today announced the appointment of Gary A. Busch, Executive Manager,
Dealer Network Planning.  Gary will be responsible for all dealer network
planning initiatives, regional market representation activities and AIMI
dealer development operations.
    Busch is a career automobile industry veteran with over 24 years of
experience, most recently serving as the National Dealer Development Manager
of Mazda Motors America.  While there, he was responsible for developing and
implementing policies related to market representation, business management
and dealer representation.

of Gary Busch," said Duke Hale, Senior Vice President, Chief Operating
Officer, SUV.  "Gary brings a wealth of automotive management experience at

    Originally from Philadelphia, Gary lives in Orange County with his wife
Pat, and enjoys motorcycling, tennis and golf in his spare time.
