ZF Group North American Operations Names Bogenschutz CIO

    FLORENCE, Ky., March 13 ZF Group North American Operations
has announced the appointment of Cheryl L. Bogenschutz to the position of
Chief Information Officer.  Ms. Bogenschutz is a 1978 graduate of Miami
University, Oxford, Ohio and received her MBA degree from Xavier University of
Cincinnati in 1983.  Prior to joining ZF Group, she held various positions in
information technology, e-business strategy and supply chain re-engineering
with International Paper, formerly Champion International Corporation, most
recently as Senior Director, Process Redesign.
    "Cheryl brings a wealth of experience to ZF," according to North American
Operations President and CEO Jim Orchard.  "She possesses a unique ability to
combine conceptual business strategies with innovative solutions."
    The global ZF Group, a leading automotive systems supplier of driveline
technology, steering and suspension components, is headquartered in
Friedrichshafen, Germany.  It employs more than 33,000 people worldwide and
operates over 50 facilities in 17 countries.  In 2000, the ZF Group posted
sales of $6 billion.  With sales of $1.2 in 1999 and sales of approximately
$1.7 billion in 2000, the ZF Group in NAFTA expects annual sales of over $2
billion by the year 2002.  ZF's NAFTA Operations is headquartered in greater
