Charles E. Goodremote Promoted to Managing Director, Automotive Division for Modine Europe
RACINE, Wis.--March 12, 2001--Charles E. Goodremote has been promoted to managing director for the Automotive Division of Modine Europe. He succeeds James R. Rulseh, who was promoted to group vice president and officer at Modine. Goodremote will report to Klaus Feldmann, group vice president, Modine Europe.Goodremote has been with Modine for 19 years and has served in both engineering and management positions, most recently as general manager of the Modine Climate Systems Division in Harrodsburg, Ky. He joined Modine in 1982 as a design engineer in the Automotive Division. He has a B.S. degree in industrial technology and product development from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and an M.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside in Kenosha, Wis. Through his Modine career, Goodremote has served as product engineer, application engineer, product manager, product engineering supervisor, application engineering manager-On-Highway Products, and applications and product engineering manager, Truck Division. He also served as plant superintendent at McHenry, Ill., for several months before his promotion to general manager for the Climate Systems Division in Harrodsburg.
Goodremote is a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE).
He, his wife, Cindy, and children are living in Harrodsburg, Ky., and will relocate to Germany this summer.
