CART: Bryan Herta Qualifying Notes, Monterrey

Herta on qualifying:"It has been a frustrating day. Between the red flags and the changes we made to the car, we missed out on a lot of track time this morning. Obviously, I was hoping to qualify much higher this afternoon. During qualifying, the track was back to conditions similar to yesterday, very slippery. We have some work to do tonight, the car was a little loose, but most of all we missed on the timing - that pretty much sums up our day."
Herta on the race:
"It will be a long race tomorrow. I have a pretty good car now, but it will be better tomorrow, and I have a good package under me. It would be nice to be starting higher, but we will take advantage of opportunities tomorrow, and hopefully finish the day up front."
Steve Dickson - Team Manager: "I thought we would do better, in fact I'm sure we all did. It's hard to say with the track constantly changing. I think it will be a tough race, particularly starting from 18th, we will have some extra work to do to get to the front."
