Cimatron Limited Appoints New General Manager To Cimatron France

    GIVAT SHMUEL, Israel, March 8 Cimatron Ltd. , a leading developer of CAD/CAM solutions for the
tooling industry, has appointed Mr. Marc Kolesnikov, as the new General
Manager of the Company's subsidiary, Cimatron France.
    Nitzan Sapir, Cimatron's president & CEO commented, "Marc has a proven
track record in a range of highly competitive industries, which will prove
invaluable to Cimatron's activities in France."
    Mr. Kolesnikov, 42, brings both marketing and management experience to
Cimatron.  He served as General Manager of MetaPharm, an international
pharmaceutical company and Evercom France-Israel, a France-based
telecommunications firm involved in language support tools for end-users and
commercial distributors worldwide.

of his appointment.
