Noble International Announces Quarterly Dividend

    DETROIT, March 7 Noble International, Ltd.
today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend
of $0.075 per share of Noble common stock to be paid March 31, 2001 to
stockholders of record on March 15, 2001.  This dividend is the fourth
consecutive quarter in the dividend program approved by the Board of Directors
in May, 2000.
