BEI Technologies, Inc. Holds Annual Meeting of Stockholders

    SAN FRANCISCO, March 7 BEI Technologies, Inc.
held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders last Thursday at the
Argent Hotel in San Francisco, Calif.  Charles Crocker, chairman and chief
executive officer, along with other key members of management, informed the
stockholders of past performance and gave indications of future business
potential for the Company.
    For those stockholders who were unable to attend the Annual Meeting, BEI

    BEI Technologies, Inc. is an established manufacturer of electronic
