CustomerLink Systems To Be Top Level Sponsor At Annual ASC Trade Show and Educational Conference

ROSEVILLE, Calif.--March 6, 2001--Today, CustomerLink Systems, Inc., a leader in delivering Customer Retention and Loyalty Programs to the automotive service and repair industry, announced its decision to be the top level sponsor for the 2001 ASC Trade Show and Educational Conference on March 30th to April 1st in Ontario, California.
The ASC Education Conference offers independent shop owners and technicians three days of technical and management seminars presented by the nations' most knowledgeable professionals in the automotive repair industry. The Trade Show offers one stop shopping for new equipment, products, and services. Additionally, social events are scheduled to encourage attendees to network and exchange ideas with industry peers and professionals.
The decision to sponsor this event is a major step in further leveraging the relationship between CustomerLink and the ASC. Last September the ASC announced their intention to offer an exclusive endorsement of CustomerLink Systems for Customer Retention and Loyalty Programs and Services. "The ASC is the premier member-run organization advocating the highest standard of quality, value, and ethics to the consumer," says Randy Ferre of CustomerLink Systems. Ferre continues, "It only makes sense to support an organization whose event is focused on delivering greater value to the consumer through intense training of shop owners and technicians and introducing them to the latest in automotive repair technology and services."
According to Alan Cherko, ASC Trade Show Chair and Immediate Past President, "CustomerLink's sponsorship of this event is significant in helping us bring our educational conference to the greatest number of independent shops at the lowest possible cost." Cherko continues, "The investment required by shop owners to remain current with rapidly evolving automotive technology is considerable." "It is the ASC's mission to promote the continuing success of its members and to advance the professionalism of the automotive industry. This event is just one example of how the ASC works toward this end."
Dan Walker of the ASC stated, "Today, its not enough to just offer value in the services performed by our member shops. The consumer appreciates 'being appreciated'. Moreover, the consumer is busy and does not always stay on top of the ever-important scheduled maintenance. The CustomerLink offering truly supports what we, as an organization, believe in - the customer relationship."
