    KIRKLAND, Wash., March 6 Making an impact on the Precision
Cleaning market takes time, commitment and small successful steps.  Universal
Ice Blast (OTC Pink Sheets: UIBI), with its patented, superior ice blast
cleaning system, has done just that by developing relations with the
automotive industry.

    After months of testing and evaluation by the Denso Corporation (a Toyota
subsidiary), Universal Ice Blast has made its first significant step into the
Japanese market.  In the 4th quarter of 2000, Universal Ice Blast delivered
the SX 110 Japanese-specified model.  Like the US market, it took dedicated
effort to conclude this first "landmark" sale.
    The successful implementation of the Japanese-specified model prompted a
senior representative, of a major Japanese trading house, to visit Seattle
last week.  Formalizing business relations between the two companies marketing
strategies were then discussed for launching ice blast technology in Japan.
The Company expects to conclude a Distribution Agreement with the trading
house later this month.
    Management is confident that the success in Japan will be duplicated in
Europe.  For Universal Ice Blast, with its unique, environmentally friendly
technology, has global appeal.
