will issue a press release describing its fourth quarter and year end 2000
financial results the morning of Wednesday, March 7, 2001.
    The company will also host a conference call to discuss its fourth quarter
and year end 2000 financial results and outlook for 2001 at 10:00 a.m. CST on
the same day.  Gary Lemke, ASV President and Chairman, and Tom Karges, Chief
Financial Officer, will host the conference call.
