Kenworth of Indianapolis Named Kenworth Medium Duty Dealer of Year for U.S. and Canada

KIRKLAND, Wash., March 5, 2001 - Kenworth of Indianapolis was named Medium Duty Dealer of the Year for the U.S. and Canada at Kenworth Truck Company's recent Dealer Meeting in Tucson, Ariz.

The major award recognizes the top-performing Kenworth dealership that has excelled well beyond industry expectations in many areas, including customer service and sales. The annual award is based on Kenworth's extensive Dealer Excellence Standards.

"Our staff, led by Jeff Jones, has done a great job of providing our customers with the medium-duty product and support solutions they seek," said Jim Roemer, vice president of Kenworth of Indianapolis, who accepted the award along with fellow company vice president John Nichols. "We've been especially successful with the fast-moving expedited freight companies. We believe that the T300 is the best product in the industry, and our organization is making every effort to press on with the T300 in other areas."
