NASCAR WCUP: Bobby Labonte loses fuel pressure at Las Vegas

BOBBY LABONTE, NO. 18 INTERSTATE BATTERIES PONTIAC GRAND PRIX:

(ON HIS MECHANICAL PROBLEMS TODAY) "We lost fuel pressure. We're not sure why, whether it's trash or something in the fuel line. We just ran out of fuel pressure and then we burnt a piston when that happened because we probably ran about three laps with no fuel pressure. It was kind of halfway running, but it wasn't running good enough. We just kind of rode around after that. It was over."

(IS IT GOOD THAT YOU'RE GOING TO ATLANTA NEXT?) "It's good that we're going there, but we were looking for a top 10 coming out of here. We were running in the top 10, but we'll just have to go to Atlanta and see what we can do now."
