Jaguar North America Appoints New Human Resources Manager

    MAHWAH, N.J., March 2 Jaguar North America announces the
appointment of Kathy Weilbacker to the position of Human Resources manager.
Weilbacker will report to Mike O'Driscoll, president of Jaguar North America.
    Weilbacker will be responsible for the company's organizational
development, recruiting and corporate diversity efforts.  Previous to her
current appointment, Weilbacker held the position of Human Resources
associate.  Weilbacker joined Jaguar in 1985, where she held several positions
including Technology Services manager and Information Center supervisor.
    "One of our main objectives this year is to ensure the successful
transition of our corporate headquarters to California," comments O'Driscoll.
"Kathy's role is crucial to a successful move as we continue to concentrate on
meeting our aggressive sales targets this year."
    Weilbacker replaces Warren Luther, who assumed the position of Human
Resources director for the Premier Automotive Group.  Weilbacker holds a
master's degree in business management from the New Jersey Institute of
Technology, and a bachelor's degree in business administration from Ramapo
College in Mahwah, N.J.
