Infiniti February Sales Up

    GARDENA, Calif., March 1 Infiniti, the luxury division of
Nissan North America, Inc., today reported February sales of 5,638 units, an
increase of 0.3 percent versus last year.

    The popular QX4 luxury sport utility vehicle reported its best February
ever with sales of 1,703 units, an increase of 73.9 percent versus last year.
    For its second consecutive month, Infiniti's flagship Q45 luxury
performance sedan reported increased sales of 455 units, an increase of
20.3 percent versus last year.

    As the volume sales leader, the Infiniti I30 reported sales of 2,645 units
while the G20 luxury sport sedan posted sales of 835 units.

    Nissan North America, Inc. combined sales for February, including Nissan
and Infiniti divisions, totaled 53,893 units, a 6.1 percent decrease versus
last year.
