American Standard Elects Edward Hagenlocker to
Its Board
PISCATAWAY, N.J., March 1 American Standard Companies Inc.
announced today the election of Edward Hagenlocker to its Board of
Directors. Hagenlocker, 61, is a former vice chairman of Ford Motor Company
and a former chairman of Visteon Automotive Systems.
Hagenlocker spent 35 years with the Ford Motor Company. During his career
with Ford he held several senior leadership positions including chairman of
Ford Motor Company in Europe, president of Ford Automotive Operations and
executive vice president of Ford's North American Automotive Operations.
Currently, Hagenlocker serves as a board member of several companies,
including Air Products and Chemical, Inc. and Boise Cascade Corporation.

together with his engineering background bring an important perspective to our
company," said Frederic Poses, chairman and chief executive officer of
