IMPCO Technologies Signs Exclusive Distributorship With VDO Kienzle.

    CERRITOS, Calif., Feb. 28 IMPCO Technologies, Inc.
a global leader in alternative fuel system technology,
announced today that they have signed an exclusive distributorship contract
with VDO Kienzle France to offer their products to the materials handling
market.
    VDO is well known in Europe for designing and manufacturing tachometers
and other gauges used in automobiles and trucks.  VDO also manufacturers
speed-limiting products used in these vehicles, which is required by some
countries in Europe.  IMPCO plans to supply these products on an exclusive
basis to our existing customer base in France.

    Main products:
    FM100 / FM200 Fleet manager: a system that enables management of forklifts
by means of a "black" box and an electronic key-code per driver.  This will
allow the fleet owner to know which driver used a forklift at what time, and
indicate who the driver was that failed to meet the programmed parameters --
such as speed, engine RPM and others.
