Thor to Manufacture Buses for ABC Bus Companies, Inc.

    JACKSON CENTER, Ohio, Feb. 27 Thor Industries, Inc.
announced today that it has agreed to manufacture buses that
integrate European styling and high performance components for ABC Bus
Companies, Inc., the nation's largest distributor of passenger coaches.  Thor
will manufacture under an exclusive long-term agreement, private label
mid-size and small buses at its General Coach facility, Imlay City, MI to be
distributed through ABC's 6 nationwide sales and service facilities.  ABC Bus
with sales of over $300 million, is the exclusive North American distributor
of Van Hool coaches, the premiere over-the-road-coach imported from Belgium.

    Thor also announced that it has purchased 17 acres of land in Mira Loma,
CA for a new facility for its growing mid-size bus operations.
