What: Presentation by Torvec, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: TOVC) at
Dartmouth College, hosted by the Army Research Office and US
Army Corps of Engineers.
Why: To discuss technology to give cars and trucks as much traction
on ice as if they were driving over dry pavement. Also, to
discuss a non-thermal system to repel ice from windshields.
