Liquitek Enterprises, Inc. Announces Weld to Publicize Use of VitriSeal Coating

DRAPER, Utah--Feb. 26, 2001--Liquitek Enterprises Inc. (OTCBB:LQTK) is pleased to announce that Weld Racing, Inc., a major regional after-market automotive wheel supplier, has initiated a marketing campaign to launch its commercial offering of aluminum wheels using VitriSeal(TM), a clear, hard, bright, corrosion-protective metal coating technology.
These new VitriSeal(TM) premium integral coatings offer a superior combination of performance characteristics, including:

-- very high corrosion resistance, even under the most aggressive
road conditions and accelerated corrosion testing,

-- excellent clearness that is not degraded by heat or extended
    exposure to ultra-violet light, and

-- exceptional abrasion and impact resistance to brake dust and
    flying gravel.

By offering VitriSeal(TM) coated wheels as an option to bare polished wheels, Weld Racing anticipates a significant growth in its market share, especially in regions of the country where winter road salt and other aggressive conditions are experienced. Initial production runs are planned within the next several months in a recently installed robotic pilot line at VitriSeal, Inc.'s facility in Commerce Township, MI. VitriSeal, Inc. is a subsidiary of Liquitek Enterprises, Inc.
VitriSeal(TM) coatings on aluminum have been found to exceed many tests that the Original Equipment Automobile Manufacturers use to qualify new coatings for their vehicles. Further testing is ongoing. A "point of sale" brochure highlighting the performance advantages of VitriSeal(TM) is expected to be available at the end of March for use in retail outlets selling wheels with this high-performance coating.
Weld's use of VitriSeal(TM) marks a milestone on its path to gain market recognition and acceptance for its coating technology. In addition to Weld Racing, several other wheel manufacturers are currently evaluating VitriSeal(TM) for use on their wheels. The Company is also developing applications across a broad range of non-wheel aluminum products and assembling a data base of testing results to help customers apply this new high-performance technology.
