NASCAR WCUP: Bobby Labonte, Joe Gibbs concerned about rain delay

BOBBY LABONTE, NO. 18 INTERSTATE BATTERIES PONTIAC GRAND PRIX:

(HOW TOUGH IS IT TO HAVE THIS WEEKEND DRAG ON ONE MORE DAY?) "Well, we definitely wanted to get out of here today. I'm sure everybody did. We all want to go on to Vegas and everything. But it didn't happen, so we'll come back tomorrow and run the rest of the race. But, we definitely would like to be going home tonight instead of racing (tomorrow), but sometimes you can't help it."

(HOW MUCH DOES THIS PUT THE TEAM BEHIND IN PREPARING FOR THE VEGAS RACE?) "The guys have already talked about trying to get our stuff lined up to get loaded up and get set up for Vegas to get ready to leave Monday night or Tuesday morning. It's not going to make for an 'all-nighter,' but it's going to be a 'half o'nighter.'"

JOE GIBBS, TEAM OWNER, JOE GIBBS RACING:

(HOW TOUGH IS IT TO STAY HERE ANOTHER DAY?) "I think it's hard on everybody, but it's part of what we do. We knew it (the weather) was going to be risky today, but I think NASCAR did the best they could at getting it in and they didn't. That's part of what we do. You've got to be resilient. You've got to be the kind of team that can bounce back, get ready to go tomorrow and hopefully have a good day."
