[The following are facts and figuresregarding the cars Team Monte Carlo will be running this weekend during theNASCAR Winston Cup event at North Carolina Speedway.]

Forhis first career Winston Cup race at Rockingham, Kevin Harvick will be behindthe wheel of a brand new GM Goodwrench Monte Carlo.

TerryLabonte will be driving a brand new Kellogg’s Monte Carlo this weekend atRockingham.

Thisweek’s race car is the same chassis that Mike Skinner drove in both theBristol and Dover races in 2000. The team also took this car to the Octoberrace at Rockingham last year, but reverted to the back-up car after Skinnerdrove through oil on the track on the first lap of practice and crashed.

DaleEarnhardt Jr. will pilot the same Monte Carlo he was driving when he wreckedwith Curt Busch at the fall race here in Rockingham.

JoeNemechek returns to Rockingham with the same car the team ran at both thespring and fall races at The Rock.

Inpractice, Michael Waltrip crashed in turn 4 while driving chassis #009, ahand-me-down from the No. 1 Pennzoil team that finished 3rd inDover last year. The back-up car is a brand new Monte Carlo. Waltrip testedboth cars at Rockingham in early February.
