e-Power International Acquires Texas Diversification Workforce

    HOUSTON--Feb. 22, 2001--Officials of e-Power International Inc. (OTCBB:EPWI), announced today that they have purchased Texas Diversification Workforce Inc., a Texas-based professional employer organization specializing in the construction and light industrial sectors, for 2.5 million shares of common stock. A portion of the 2.5 million shares are subject to the company's reaching certain revenue and earnings targets over the next three quarters. Texas Diversification Workforce is projected to exceed $35 million this year in revenues.
