BorgWarner Cooling Systems Selects Master Distributors for Program

    MARSHALL, Mich., Feb. 22 BorgWarner's
aftermarket program for cooling system components has taken another stride
forward in its growth and restructuring efforts.  The Quik-Kool(TM)
aftermarket organization has selected 12 Master Distributors for assigned
territories in North America.

    The Quik-Kool(TM) Master Distributor network will inventory the full line
of BorgWarner Cooling System products.  These products are marketed under the
Quik-Kool(TM) brand name.  They will be able to provide customers with cooling
system products off the shelf from their regional warehouse locations,
enabling the customer to be serviced more effectively.

    Dave Solomon, Manager Independent Distributor Services for North America,

    BorgWarner Cooling Systems, a BorgWarner operating group, is a global
provider of engine cooling solutions.  The group manufactures and markets air
sensing and coolant sensing fan drives that can be mechanically or
electronically controlled and also manufactures and markets both polymer and
metal fan blades and air control shutters for engine cooling systems.
