Warn Industries sells Black Diamond suspension line

    CLACKAMAS, Ore., Feb. 22 Warn Industries, the leading
manufacturer, marketer, and brand of off-road automotive products, has
announced the sale of its Black Diamond line of suspension products to
Louisiana-based Woods Ready Distributing (WRD). The sale includes the Black
Diamond brand name as well as existing products, including suspension lift
systems and components, shock absorbers and body lifts.

    "When we made the strategic decision to exit the suspension category last
summer, we were very determined that Black Diamond customer's interests would
be protected," said Warn Chief Executive Officer Jon Kreitz.

    "In WRD, we found a company with the ability and the desire to service and
expand the product line," Kreitz continued. "We're glad to know our customers
will continue to be taken care of."
